Sean CarneyTRAVEL ADVISOR

Accessible travel, done properly.

I’m Sean, a Los Angeles travel advisor who plans accessible, comfort-first trips. A new knee, a cane, oxygen, a parent who’s done with stairs: the trip still gets to be wonderful.

I take care of the details that decide whether it is, like the cabin that’s a short walk from the elevator, the port that doesn’t need a tender boat, and the transfer that’s waiting when you land.

No planning fee. Hotels and cruise lines pay me commission when I book with them.

What I plan

Cruises and ocean crossings

The right ship for your pace, a cabin close to what you’ll use, how boarding works, and which ports need a tender.

Family and milestone trips

The 80th birthday, the reunion, the trip with Mom. Planned so the oldest and the youngest both have a good time.

Longer, slower journeys

Fewer hotel changes, transfers that are actually waiting, and days with room for a nap. You should come home rested, not needing another trip to recover.

The details websites skip

What I check before you book

Every trip also comes with your travel sheet: one page with your medications, your doctor and insurance contacts, and the nearest hospital at each stop. If a detail matters to you, I ask the people who know the ship or hotel, not just the website.

How I work

Start with what matters to you.

I spent years as a paramedic and a physician assistant, then as a leadership coach. Both taught me to listen first and ask the specific question. You tell me what matters; I research the options, check the details and handle everything we agree on.
